We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hotel Manager 

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth coordination of departments, and overall profitability of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all hotel departments (reception, housekeeping, bar, kitchen, security)
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Manage staff schedules, duties, and performance
  • Monitor hotel finances, expenses, and revenue
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues quickly
  • Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the hotel
  • Oversee stock management and supplies
  • Prepare regular reports for management

Requirements
Education

  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

  • 3–5 years experience in hotel management or supervisory role
  • Experience in handling hotel operations and staff management

Other Requirements

  • Must be reliable, responsible, and professional
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Good knowledge of hotel operations
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Preference for candidates living close to the hotel location

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic financial management knowledge
  • Customer service orientation.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month. 

Remuneration:

  • Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
  • Possible bonuses based on performance
  • Accommodation (optional, if provided).
