Job Title: Senior Land Surveyor

Location: Ogere-Remo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Land Surveyor with over 10 years of hands-on experience in land surveying and boundary work. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing survey operations, ensuring accuracy in measurements, and leading a team of surveyors to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise land and boundary surveys for various projects
• Perform site measurements, mapping, and data analysis using modern survey equipment
• Establish and verify property boundaries in line with legal and regulatory standards
• Prepare and review survey plans, reports, and documentation
• Lead, train, and manage a team of surveyors and field staff
• Ensure accuracy and quality control in all survey activities
• Liaise with engineers, architects, and government agencies where required
• Ensure compliance with surveying regulations and safety standards

Requirements

• Degree / HND in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in land surveying and boundary work
• Strong knowledge of land survey principles, mapping, and boundary laws
• Proficiency in survey equipment (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.)
• Experience with software such as AutoCAD, GIS, or related tools
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Age Requirement: 30 years and above

Salary
₦250,000 – ₦500,000 / Month (Based on Experience).
