We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Credit Officer

Locations: Bwari & Kuje - Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new loan customers
• Evaluate creditworthiness and process loan applications
• Disburse loans in line with company policies
• Monitor loan repayment and follow up on outstanding debts
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets are met
• Maintain accurate records of client transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct field visits for customer verification and recovery

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification (HND/BSc is an added advantage)
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
• Must be familiar with Bwari or Kuje environment.

Salary
N182,000 per month.
