We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Contract Sales Representative - Business Development

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • Flex Finance is seeking results-driven and proactive Contract Sales Representatives to join our Business Development team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle of our B2B SaaS product, from engaging warm leads to closing deals and ensuring successful client onboarding.
  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience interacting with and selling to customers in any context, a passion for technology, and the drive to build strong client relationships.
  • Your primary goal will be to convert provided leads into active, long-term customers, contributing directly to FlexFinance's growth in the Nigerian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing and activation.
  • Achieve a monthly target of signing up, onboarding, and activating a minimum of five new businesses.
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of warm leads provided by the company.
  • Conduct product demonstrations (online) to showcase the value of FlexFinance.
  • Perform a targeted number of daily/weekly calls, emails, and virtual meetings to engage leads.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Ensure a smooth and comprehensive onboarding process for new clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Eligibility
Experience & Education:

  • Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor's Degree with a Second Class Lower (2.2) or above.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in any customer-facing or sales role (retail, FMCG, insurance, telecoms, banking, etc.).
  • B2B or SaaS experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Age range: 23–28 years.

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A keen interest in technology and the fintech industry.
  • Must reside in Nigeria (Lagos or Oyo preferred) with reliable internet connectivity (minimum 10 Mbps download speed).
  • Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace for remote work.
  • Proficiency with remote communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
