We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Operation Officer (Branch Oversight)

Location: Computer Village Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Sales Operation Officer to oversee the smooth operation of our branch.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the assigned branch runs efficiently, effectively, and in line with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the branch, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Monitor branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive improvement in branch sales by engaging in marketing activities and maximizing monthly targets.
• Ensure accurate posting of transactions and proper updating of customer balances.
• Analyze branch performance data and make recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure daily stock-taking and maintain zero loss of company stock.

Requirements

• OND, NCE, HND, B.Tech, or B.Sc. in a numerate discipline.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business management, preferably in a diverse environment.
• Strong leadership and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and use Busy Accounting software.
• Familiarity with a market-wise environment.

Location Requirement:

• Candidates must reside within: Ikeja, Abule Egba, Iyana Ipaja, Oshodi, Egbeda, Maryland, Mushin, or Agege.
