Alliance Hospital and Services Limited is a Multi-Specialty Hospital located at No. 5 Malumfashi Close, Off Emeka Anyaoku Street, Area 11, Garki, F.C.T, Abuja. It was established with the goal of offering world class medical services thereby stopping medical tourism by Nigerians to foreign countries. To achieve this, we have set up a well-equipped hospital and assembled a team of highly motivated work force consisting of experts in different fields of Medicine and Surgery.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance systems
  • Ensure uninterrupted utility services (power, water, waste management, etc.)
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
  • Supervise contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff to ensure quality service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within a hospital setting
  • Coordinate space management, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades
  • Implement systems that enhance efficiency, sustainability, and safety

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Estate Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in facility management, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to facility-related emergencies
  • Proficiency in facility management tools and reporting systems.
