Alliance Hospital and Services Limited a Multi-Specialty Hospital located at No. 5 Malumfashi Close, Off Emeka Anyaoku Street, Area 11, Garki, F.C.T, Abuja. It was established with the goal of offering world class medical services thereby stopping medical tourism by Nigerians to foreign countries. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IVF Nurse

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing assisted reproductive treatments (ART).
• Assist fertility specialists in egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and other IVF procedures.
• Prepare and educate patients for treatment cycles.
• Administer medications, monitor responses, and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, infection control, and patient safety.
• Offer emotional and psychological support to couples throughout their fertility journey.

Qualifications and Experience

• Registered Nurse (RN) / Registered Midwife (RM) with a valid license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
• Certification or formal training in IVF, Embryology, or Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in a recognized IVF or Fertility Centre.
• Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in patient counselling and fertility protocols will be an added advantage.
