Job Summary

• We are seeking a Level 2 NOC Engineer to handle escalated network issues, perform deeper troubleshooting, and ensure timely resolution of incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues (routers, switches, transmission links)
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring problems
• Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve faults
• Support network maintenance and upgrades
• Update network documentation and monitoring tools
• Mentor and support Level 1 engineers
• Prepare incident and performance reports

Requirements

• B.Sc./B.Eng. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in network operations or ISP
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, GPON)
• Experience with network monitoring tools and ITIL processes
• Certifications (CCNA/CCNP, HCIA/HCIP) preferred

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good coordination and communication
• Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 environment
• Leadership and mentoring ability.
