Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to ensure maximum productivity.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
• Proactively resolve customer complaints and ensure fast service.
• Supervise inventory levels and confirm quality of vendor deliveries.
• Plan staff schedules and drive employee engagement.

Qualifications

• HND/BSC degree in any field with 3+ years QSR experience (preferred).
• Strong people management and MS Office skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with high integrity.
