Job Description
- The Compensation & Benefits Officer will support the Bank's risk based and performance driven reward framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, labour regulations, and internal governance standards.
- The role will drive equitable, competitive, and sustainable compensation and benefits practices across the Bank
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance & Frameworks: Manage compensation and benefits in line with CBN guidelines, statutory tax requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Market Alignment & Equity: Execute salary reviews, market benchmarking, and job evaluations to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Administration & Reporting: Oversee benefit pro- grams and provide detailed compensation analytics
- for regulatory audits and management deci- sion-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Must have 5—7 years' experience in compensa- tion and benefits, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines,
- Nigerian labour laws, pensions, and tax regulations.
