Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Managing Director
Role Summary
- The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure optimal efficiency of the MD’s office.
- The role requires discretion, strong organizational capability, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes/action points
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
- Screen and manage communications (emails, calls, correspondence)
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents
- Track key projects and follow up on deliverables across departments
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and event planning for the MD
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
- Assist in decision support by organizing relevant data and insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3–5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Experience supporting C-level executives is an advantage
