Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Managing Director

Role Summary

  • The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure optimal efficiency of the MD’s office.
  • The role requires discretion, strong organizational capability, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD’s calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes/action points
  • Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
  • Screen and manage communications (emails, calls, correspondence)
  • Support in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents
  • Track key projects and follow up on deliverables across departments
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and event planning for the MD
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
  • Assist in decision support by organizing relevant data and insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Experience supporting C-level executives is an advantage
