Role Overview
- This is not a routine sales role.
- You will own revenue generation, build a high-value client portfolio, and directly influence the company’s growth trajectory.

What You’ll Own:
- Aggressively drive revenue by originating and closing quality credit opportunities
- Build and manage a profitable, high-yield portfolio of clients
- Identify, pitch, and convert high-value prospects into long-term customers
- Structure deals and credit solutions that balance growth and risk
- Ensure zero tolerance for portfolio underperformance through active monitoring and collections
- Deliver consistently on monthly revenue, P&L, and balance sheet targets
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on financial solutions
- Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless, fast, and efficient service

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory); advanced degree or certifications are a plus
- 3+ years’ proven success in financial services sales, lending, or relationship management
- Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
Compensation
N300,000 – N500,000 (DOE) + Performance-Based Upside.
