Job Title: Real Estate Marketer / Business Development Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Marketer / Business Development Manager with previous banking marketing experience to drive property sales, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
- The ideal candidate is a former banker with an existing client base, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to convert high-net-worth leads into successful real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective marketing and business development strategies for residential, commercial, and short-let properties
- Leverage existing banking-sector leads and relationships to generate real estate sales opportunities
- Source and manage new clients, investors, landlords, and corporate organizations
- Promote property listings through physical inspections, site visits, digital platforms, and direct client engagement
- Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients
- Collaborate with property management and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare regular sales, marketing, and performance reports
- Stay informed on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in bank marketing, relationship management, or business development
- Former banker (Commercial, Retail, or Corporate Banking background preferred)
- Must have existing client leads that can be converted to real estate opportunities
- Proven experience in real estate marketing or sales is a strong advantage
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of Lagos real estate market (Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island is an advantage)
- Valid driving license with proven driving skills (mandatory)
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Professional appearance and high ethical standards
