Job Title: Real Estate Marketer / Business Development Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Marketer / Business Development Manager with previous banking marketing experience to drive property sales, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
  • The ideal candidate is a former banker with an existing client base, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to convert high-net-worth leads into successful real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective marketing and business development strategies for residential, commercial, and short-let properties
  • Leverage existing banking-sector leads and relationships to generate real estate sales opportunities
  • Source and manage new clients, investors, landlords, and corporate organizations
  • Promote property listings through physical inspections, site visits, digital platforms, and direct client engagement
  • Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients
  • Collaborate with property management and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Prepare regular sales, marketing, and performance reports
  • Stay informed on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in bank marketing, relationship management, or business development
  • Former banker (Commercial, Retail, or Corporate Banking background preferred)
  • Must have existing client leads that can be converted to real estate opportunities
  • Proven experience in real estate marketing or sales is a strong advantage
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of Lagos real estate market (Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island is an advantage)
  • Valid driving license with proven driving skills (mandatory)
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Professional appearance and high ethical standards
