We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • The Digital Marketing Specialist will drive lead generation, brand visibility, and conversion through data-driven digital strategies. The role requires strong expertise in SEO and highly targeted paid advertising to deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Plan, launch, and optimize targeted advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Lead SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization
  • Manage website traffic growth and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Manage content distribution across digital channels (website, email, social media)
  • Conduct audience segmentation and targeting for high-quality lead generation
  • Track and report on KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and ad platforms
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to improve lead quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing
  • Strong expertise in SEO (on-page, technical, and off-page)
  • Hands-on experience with targeted paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to run high-converting campaigns
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
  • Strong data interpretation and reporting skills
