We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Source and develop new B2B and B2C clients for printing services: corporate branding, packaging, large format, promotional materials
• Pitch services, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners
• Achieve monthly sales target of ₦6,000,000 and grow market share
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
• Work with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and client database
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years experience in sales or business development. Printing/packaging industry is a strong plus
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong networking ability and client relationship management
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage
• Must reside in Lagos or be willing to relocate.

Compensation

• N150,000 monthly salary + 5% commission on every deal closed.
• Performance bonuses available.
