Job Title: Network Design Engineer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a Network Design Engineer to design and plan enterprise network solutions, including Wi-Fi, RF, and fiber infrastructure.
• You will create high-quality network designs that ensure optimal performance, scalability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Wi-Fi networks (RF planning, heatmaps, access point placement)
• Develop High-Level and Low-Level network designs (HLD/LLD)
• Plan and design fiber backbone infrastructure
• Conduct site surveys and produce technical reports
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BoMs) for deployments
• Collaborate with deployment and operations teams
• Ensure designs meet performance, coverage, and cost requirements
• Provide support during implementation and handover

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
• 4–6 years experience in network design or wireless engineering
• Strong experience with RF planning tools (e.g., Ekahau)
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi standards (Wi-Fi 6/6E) and RF principles
• Experience in fiber optic network design
• Good understanding of IP networking (VLANs, routing)
• Experience with design tools (Visio, AutoCAD, etc.)

Mandatory Certification (At least one):

• Ekahau ECSE (preferred)
• CWNA
• CCNA / CCNP (Wireless)

• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
