Job Summary

  • The Business Manager is to oversee the operations and strategic growth of the company.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business management, sales, and marketing within the Healthcare Industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and operational objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business development.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis to ensure cost-effectiveness and sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve customer service, and enhance product offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have led a business or a division of a business.
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in business management, sales, or marketing roles within the Healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated success in team management and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
