Job Brief

• We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Site Supervisor to oversee all onsite aspects of our construction projects.
• As a Site Supervisor, your duties will include supervising the team members, ensuring safety regulations, managing construction schedules, and liaising with stakeholders.
• Our ideal candidate is well-versed in construction methodologies and procedures and can coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing construction projects from beginning to end
• Managing the construction team and handling communication with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at the construction site
• Monitoring the progress of the project and making necessary adjustments
• Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Preparing and presenting progress reports to stakeholders
• Resolving any problems that may arise during construction

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Site Supervisor in the real estate or construction industry
• Familiarity with construction/ project management software
• Strong understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Excellent knowledge of construction safety regulations
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month.
