Job Title: Loan Monitoring Officer (Risk & Control Specialist)
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Department: Risk Management & Recovery
Reporting To: Head, Risk Management & Recovery

- You will work closely with decision-makers and play a key role in safeguarding millions in assets.
What You’ll Own
- Enforce strict compliance on all loan disbursements and credit approvals
- Monitor loan portfolios to ensure performance, compliance, and profitability
- Identify early warning signals and proactively mitigate credit risks
- Deliver high-quality, data-driven credit and portfolio reports
- Ensure all revenue leakages are eliminated at disbursement
- Oversee collateral adequacy, valuation, and exposure risks
- Support classification and recovery of non-performing loans
- Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory); CFA, FRM, PRM, or similar certifications are a strong advantage
- 3+ years’ experience in credit risk, loan monitoring, or financial analysis
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (CBN, NDIC).

Compensation
N250,000 – N400,000 monthly (DOE).
