Job Title: School Leader (Head of School)

Location: Aba, Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a visionary, disciplined, and results-driven leader to oversee the academic and administrative operations of the school and drive excellence across all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the school’s academic and administrative operations
• Supervise and coordinate teaching and non-teaching staff
• Ensure delivery of a high-quality curriculum and learning experience
• Maintain discipline and uphold the school’s values and standards
• Oversee both day and boarding school operations
• Drive student performance, staff development, and overall school growth

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate (B.Ed. or any other degree; PGDE is an added advantage)
• Prior leadership or school management experience is an advantage, but not compulsory
• Must be computer literate
• Must possess strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Must be confident, proactive, and able to lead a diverse team
• Must demonstrate a clear vision for educational excellence and growth
• Must be a resident in Aba, Abia State
