About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Medical Sales Representative (BCE – Brand Communication Executive) to promote and sell pharmaceutical/medical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product awareness, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and market medical/pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market share within designated territories.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports, customer feedback, and sales forecasts.
  • Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other industry-related events.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food science/technology or a related field.
  • Must have 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
