Job Summary
- Digital Bazookas Tech Academy is expanding, and we are looking for a high-performance Sales Manager — not just a manager, but a closer, a leader, and a revenue driver.

- This is for a sales-driven professional who delivers results, leads from the front, and takes full ownership.
Role Overview
- You will lead, manage, and scale a team of Sales Representatives, ensuring consistent revenue growth and high conversion rates. You must be able to work without supervision, take initiative, and drive performance daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives to hit and exceed targets
- Build and execute winning sales strategies
- Track, analyze, and improve team performance metrics
- Drive lead conversion from prospect to paying client
- Enforce accountability — no excuses, only results
- Train, mentor, and push the team to peak performance
- Personally close high-value deals when necessary
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and pipeline management.

Compensation
- Salary: N250,000 - N500,000 per month.
