Requirements

• Qualification or certification in Special Education or related field
• Experience or open to learning to work with children with diverse learning needs
• Strong patience, empathy, and adaptability
• Ability to understand and implement individualized learning plans (IEPs)
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and structured environment
