We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: IT Associate (Systems & Operations Support)
Location: Lagos
Job Schedule: Full time
Role Objective
- To maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the group’s digital infrastructure. The IT Associate ensures 100% uptime for our retail POS systems, wholesale ERP modules, and logistics tracking tools, providing technical support to both the pharmacy branches and the administrative head office.
Key Responsibilities
- ERP Administration: Provide first-level support and maintenance for Odoo and Zoho systems, ensuring seamless data flow between sales, inventory, and HR modules.
- Hardware & Network Maintenance: Manage and maintain office hardware (printers, PCs, routers) and ensure stable internet connectivity across all branches (Igbo Efon, Chevron, Addo, etc.).
- Surveillance & Security: Oversee the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems (LBS, Thomas Estate, etc.) and ensure data security protocols are followed.
- Logistics Tech Support: Assist in managing vehicle tracking systems for the wholesale delivery vans and dispatch bikes.
- Digital Filing & Reporting: Support the Admin/HR department in digitalizing staff records and generating automated end-of-day sales and reconciliation reports.
- Digital Marketing Support: Assist in managing the technical backend of our digital marketing campaigns and health awareness day postings.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- System Uptime: Maintain $geq 98%$ uptime for all critical business applications (ERP/POS).
- Resolution Time: Address 90% of internal technical support tickets within 2 hours of reporting.
- Data Integrity: Zero loss of critical business data through regular backup management and security audits.
- Reporting Accuracy: Ensure 100% accuracy in the automated reports generated for the MD and HR/Admin Manager.
Requirements
- Qualification: B.Sc/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (specifically Odoo or Zoho), networking (LAN/WLAN), and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Excel for data reconciliation and basic knowledge of digital security.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an IT support role, ideally in a retail or distribution environment.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff, and high integrity.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
