Description

• Our client is seeking a Supervisor with an accounting background to oversee daily operations and ensure proper financial and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities within the department.
• Monitor sales, expenses, and financial records to ensure accuracy.
• Work closely with the team to track payments, receivables, and stock movement.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of financial transactions.
• Coordinate staff activities and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Monitor inventory and support reconciliation of stock records.
• Prepare periodic operational and financial reports for management.
• Follow up on debtors.

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years supervisory or accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an added advantage.
• Must be based in Port Harcourt.
