Job Title: Business Development Manager (Oil & Gas Services)

Role Overview

  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, securing new contracts, and managing key client relationships within the oil & gas industry.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the upstream value chain, with proven experience in identifying opportunities, closing deals, and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil & gas sector
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (IOCs, EPC contractors, service companies)
  • Drive contract acquisition and revenue growth
  • Prepare proposals, bids, and commercial negotiations
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Development within oil & gas services
  • Strong understanding of upstream and midstream operations
  • Proven track record of winning contracts and driving revenue growth
  • Existing network within IOCs, EPCs, or oilfield service companies
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
