We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician

Location: Gwaimpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking aqualified and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to support our laboratory operations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine and specialized laboratory tests while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, label, and process patient specimens accurately.
• Perform routine laboratory tests (hematology, chemistry, serology, microbiology, etc.).
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Ensure quality control and accurate documentation of results.
• Adhere strictly to laboratory safety, hygiene, and ethical standards.
• Assist in the inventory management of laboratory supplies.
• Collaborate with pathologists and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• OND / HND / BMLS in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• Valid practicing license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience (experience in a diagnostic center is an advantage).
• Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
