Job Description
- We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who’s passionate about driving growth, building relationships, and creating strategies that turn interest into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound strategies.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline — from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and pitches to HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing & Brand Growth:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, content marketing) to increase awareness and demand.
- Collaborate with the product team to create compelling sales collateral — landing pages, case studies, brochures, and video scripts.
- Manage and grow KalHR’s digital presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, newsletters, and blog).
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
Customer Engagement:
- Nurture leads and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Collect feedback to help shape product messaging and feature improvements.
- Represent KalHR at events, webinars, and online communities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in SaaS or B2B tech).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience using CRM tools and digital marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or equivalents).
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling messages.
- Familiarity with HR tech or B2B SaaS is a plus.
