Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our direct sales team.
  • This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to build a career in sales and business development.
  • The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting products/services, and driving revenue growth through direct engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers through field sales, referrals, and lead generation activities
  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends
  • Participate in daily/weekly sales meetings and training sessions.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Daily/weekly sales targets achieved
  • Number of new clients acquired
  • Conversion rate from leads to customers
  • Revenue generated.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (NYSC/Internship experience is an added advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of confidence and persuasive ability
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work in a target-driven and field-based environment.
