Job Title: Field Sales Representative

About the Role

• We’re hiring aggressive, target-driven Marketers for our FMCG client in Enugu.
• You’ll drive sales, open new markets, and push our FMCG product (Tomato paste, Groundnut oil, beverages, butter, etc.).
• If you can sell, build relationships, and hit numbers, apply now.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets for the assigned territory –Enugu
• Market and sell our FMCG products to wholesalers, retailers, and end users.
• Open new accounts and expand the distribution network within the territory
• Submit daily sales reports, customer feedback, and market intelligence
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain brand visibility

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field
• 1-3 years field sales/marketing experience, FMCG preferred
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Street-smart, persuasive, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Resident in Enugu with good knowledge of the local market.

What We Offer

• Salary: N100,000 net monthly.
• Commission on products sold.
