Job Title: Secondary Sales Representative (FMCG)

Role Summary

• We are hiring experienced Secondary Sales Representatives to drive product distribution and sales across retail outlets within assigned territories.
• This role is strictly field-based and suited for candidates with proven FMCG sales experience who are comfortable meeting daily targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive direct sales to retail outlets within assigned territories.
• Generate consistent orders from existing customers.
• Identify and onboard new outlets to expand coverage.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure product availability and proper stock levels.
• Execute in-store merchandising (visibility, pricing, shelf placement).
• Monitor competitor pricing and activities.
• Submit daily sales and field reports.

Requirements

• HND / BSc in any relevant discipline.
• 1–3 years FMCG field sales experience (mandatory).
• Proven experience in secondary sales is highly preferred.
• Must reside within Lagos Island.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly target-driven and able to work independently in the field.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly + Transport Allowance + Commission.
