Job Title: Sales Manager - Food Hygiene Products

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Part-time

Position Summary

  • We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development/ Sales Manager to drive sales of our food hygiene products.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling to restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, catering services, and other food-related institutions.
  • This role requires the ability to build strong customer relationships, understand operational pain points, and deliver solutions that improve hygiene and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and onboard new customers in the food service and hospitality industry.
  • Promote hygiene solutions for safe food handling and disinfection in restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, and catering outlets.
  • Promote odour control and grease trap maintenance solutions to food institutions and other facilities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate prospects on the proper use and benefits of the solutions.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through consistent engagement and follow-up.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed set targets.
  • Gather and report market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 - 8 years of sales experience, preferably within the food service, hospitality, or facility management sectors.
  • Strong existing network with restaurants, hotels, and food-related institutions is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide as required.

  • Ability to identify hygiene and odor control needs in institutional settings and propose tailored solutions.
