About the Role

• Elithan Wellness and Spa is a fast-evolving premium destination in Gwarinpa. As part of our “Business-Class Transformation,” we are seeking a versatile, trend-conscious, and highly professional Unisex Hairdresser.
• We are looking for a stylist who views hair as an art form—someone who can deliver precision cuts, creative styling, and expert chemical treatments for both male and female clientele while maintaining the high-end hospitality standards the brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Styling: Perform expert hair cutting, trimming, and styling for both men and women (barbing, braiding, weaving, and chemical treatments)
• Chemical Treatments: Provide professional coloring, relaxing, perming, and specialized hair treatments (e.g., keratin or deep conditioning)
• Braiding & Aesthetics: Execute intricate braiding styles and hair extensions to a high finish
• Consultation: Offer professional hair care advice, recommending styles and treatments based on client needs
• Hygiene & Standards: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in line with spa protocols
• Sales & Loyalty: Promote membership packages and cross-refer clients

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of active experience as a hairdresser in a reputable salon or spa
• Versatility: Proven ability to handle both male and female hair textures and styles (unisex expertise is mandatory)
• Portfolio: Ability to demonstrate previous work (photos or social media links)
• Professionalism: Excellent communication skills with a high standard of customer service
• Creativity: Strong understanding of modern hair trends and ability to execute both classic and contemporary styles
• Proximity: Candidates residing in Gwarinpa or surrounding areas in Abuja are highly encouraged to apply.
