Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Manager.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, driving employee performance, and supporting business growth through effective people management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
• Oversee performance management and employee engagement
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years HR experience, preferably in real estate or sales-driven environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and improve organizational performance
• Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices

Salary
N350,000 Monthly.
