Job Title: Accountant

Location: Igbo Effon, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 2–3 years of experience to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support the financial health of the organization.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial data and providing insights for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Support audits and tax preparation processes
• Maintain proper documentation of financial activities

Requirements
Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Nice-to-Have:

• Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) or in progress
• Experience in real estate or similar industry
• Knowledge of Nigerian tax regulations
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
