Description
- Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- The role oversees the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- The position combines product ownership and Agile leadership by managing and prioritizing the product backlog, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing team impediments, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, the role ensures alignment, transparency, and effective cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.
- Additionally, the role tracks product performance metrics, gathers customer and market insights, and continuously optimizes product offerings to maximize value delivery and business impact.
Responsibilties
Product Management & Strategy:
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and customer needs.
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to gather insights and inform product decisions.
- Drive the product lifecycle from ideation through to delivery, ensuring timely and successful product launches and iterations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams, to ensure product alignment across the organization.
- Lead a product management team in which you motivate and achieve steady improvements in your area
- Identification and promotion of high potential and talents
- Participate and oversee all Product activities (Solution Architecting and Technology Sales) activities of the company.
- Participate and directs the teams in ensuring right and cost-effective solution is proposed to customers at every time.
- Directs the team to support sales in achieving company technology financial targets.
Scrum Master Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives), ensuring the team remains focused and productive.
- Act as a servant leader to the Scrum team, fostering collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Identify and remove obstacles that impede the team’s progress, ensuring they have what they need to succeed.
- Guide the team in embracing Agile principles, promoting self-organization and accountability.
- Track and report on team progress, ensuring sprints stay on track and goals are met.
Product Ownership:
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear and well-defined user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with stakeholders and the development team to refine requirements and clarify features.
- Continuously adjust the backlog based on feedback, evolving priorities, and data-driven insights.
- Make critical decisions regarding feature prioritization and scope during sprint cycles to maximize value delivery.
- Ensure that the product meets business requirements, customer expectations, and quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment and transparency on goals and priorities.
- Work with product designers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to drive timely and successful product releases.
- Communicate progress, milestones, and product performance to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies, collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product adoption.
Performance & Continuous Improvement:
- Define and track key product performance metrics, including customer adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously optimize the product based on data insights, customer needs, and market trends.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Scrum team and product management processes.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in product management roles
