Job Title: Sales Force Automation (SFA) Lead

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a results-driven Sales Force Automation (SFA) Lead to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of digital sales solutions.
  • The role focuses on driving sales efficiency, enhancing field force productivity, and enabling data-driven decision-making through SFA platforms, ERP integrations, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions across the organization
  • Drive adoption of SFA tools (e.g., Beatroute) among sales teams through structured training and change management
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define system requirements, test strategies, and acceptance criteria
  • Integrate SFA platforms with ERP systems to ensure real-time data visibility and seamless business operations
  • Automate sales processes from order capture to final delivery, improving efficiency and reducing manual errors
  • Analyze sales and operational data to generate actionable insights for business growth
  • Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools to support leadership decision-making
  • Lead troubleshooting, system support, and continuous improvement of SFA and related systems
  • Manage and mentor teams supporting SFA and channel partner systems
  • Design and deliver training programs and user manuals to ensure effective system utilization

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales Force Automation, CRM, or digital sales transformation roles
  • Certifications in CRM/SFA tools or Data Analytics (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing SFA tools (preferably Beatroute or similar platforms)
  • Strong understanding of ERP and CRM integration
  • Hands-on experience in data analytics and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers and product teams
  • Strong problem-solving and system troubleshooting capabilities
  • Experience in distribution, or sales-driven organizations is mandatory
