Role Overview
- We are seeking a results-driven Sales Force Automation (SFA) Lead to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of digital sales solutions.
- The role focuses on driving sales efficiency, enhancing field force productivity, and enabling data-driven decision-making through SFA platforms, ERP integrations, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions across the organization
- Drive adoption of SFA tools (e.g., Beatroute) among sales teams through structured training and change management
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define system requirements, test strategies, and acceptance criteria
- Integrate SFA platforms with ERP systems to ensure real-time data visibility and seamless business operations
- Automate sales processes from order capture to final delivery, improving efficiency and reducing manual errors
- Analyze sales and operational data to generate actionable insights for business growth
- Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools to support leadership decision-making
- Lead troubleshooting, system support, and continuous improvement of SFA and related systems
- Manage and mentor teams supporting SFA and channel partner systems
- Design and deliver training programs and user manuals to ensure effective system utilization
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales Force Automation, CRM, or digital sales transformation roles
- Certifications in CRM/SFA tools or Data Analytics (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proven experience in implementing and managing SFA tools (preferably Beatroute or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of ERP and CRM integration
- Hands-on experience in data analytics and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers and product teams
- Strong problem-solving and system troubleshooting capabilities
- Experience in distribution, or sales-driven organizations is mandatory
