We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hospitality Supervisor

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

  • The Hospitality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily hospitality operations to ensure excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, and compliance with company standards.
  • The role involves supervising staff, coordinating service activities, handling guest concerns, and supporting management in achieving operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily hospitality operations (restaurant, bar, hotel, lounge, or event services).
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, duties, and shift assignments.
  • Train, guide, and evaluate staff performance.
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in line with regulations.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and basic stock control.
  • Support management in budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing events, functions, and special services when required.

Education

  • Minimum of OND/HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant professional hospitality certifications are an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in hospitality operations
  • At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Experience in hotels, restaurants, bars, or event management environments.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 per month.
