We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos-Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • A Personal Assistant (PA) who provides personalized administrative, technical, or creative support to individuals, often executives or high-net-worth individuals, to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing busy calendars.
  • Screening communication.
  • Arranging travel.
  • Conducting research, and
  • Handling personal errands or household matters.

Core Responsibilities

  • Personal Assistance: Running errands, managing household staff, or handling personal projects.
  • Liaison & Communication: Acting as the first point of contact between managers and clients, staff, or vendors.
  • Calendar & Email Management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders while controlling access to the manager.
  • Travel Coordination: Booking flights, accommodation, and organizing detailed travel itineraries.
  • Administrative Support: Handling correspondence, screening phone calls, taking meeting minutes, and preparing reports or presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Organization: Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Flexibility: Adaptability to changing schedules, which may require working outside standard business hours.

Typical Qualifications:

  • While a Degree is not always required, experience in administrative roles, customer service, or secretarial work is highly valued.
  • Age: 35-40.
  • Gender: Male.

Differences in Roles:

  • Corporate PA: Focuses on office tasks, meetings, and business correspondence.
  • Private / Personal PA: Manages personal life, including household tasks, shopping, and family schedules.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
