Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, and building strong relationships with clients and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new property sales opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing channels
- Conduct property inspections and client presentations
- Advise clients on property options, pricing, and market trends
- Negotiate deals and close property sales
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Stay informed about the real estate market and competitor offerings
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 2–3 years of sales experience (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice-to-Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in property sales or real estate brokerage
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong client network

Work Details:
