About the Role

• Elithan Wellness and Spa is undergoing a transformative "Business-Class" expansion.
• We are seeking a highly skilled, professional, and guest-centric Spa Therapist to join our team at our premier Gwarinpa facility.
• The ideal candidate will be a "wellness artist" capable of delivering world-class treatments while maintaining the highest standards of international hospitality.
• You will be responsible for providing a range of specialized body treatments, including traditional rituals and advanced mechanical therapies, while assisting in the seamless integration of our new aesthetic and wellness wings.

Key Responsibilties

• Treatment Excellence: Perform a variety of massage techniques (Deep Tissue, Swedish, Aromatherapy, etc.), Hammam rituals, and traditional body scrubs with precision and care.
• Mechanical Therapy: Demonstrate proficient use of the G-5 machine for advanced massage and body contouring treatments.
• Skin & Facial Care: Conduct professional facial treatments, body steaming, and waxing tailored to client skin types and concerns.
• Client Consultation: Conduct brief intake assessments to recommend specific treatments and "bundle" packages (including dental aesthetic referrals).
• Facility Upkeep: Maintain a pristine, tranquil, and organized treatment room in accordance with luxury "Turkish-standard" hygiene protocols.
• Professional Conduct: Ensure strict adherence to cleanliness, timeliness, and meticulous attention to detail in every service.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certification: Proven certification in Massage Therapy, Esthetics, or a related wellness field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a reputable spa or hospitality environment.
• Mandatory Skills: High proficiency in all types of massage, Hammam treatments, traditional body scrubs, and the use of the G-5 machine. Professionalism: Candidates must be exceptionally presentable, well-groomed, and well-mannered with excellent communication skills.
• Attributes: A strong ability to pay attention to details, maintain a sanitized workspace, and uphold a strict schedule (timeliness).Adaptability: A willingness to learn new international wellness rituals and work within a high-growth environment.
• Proximity: Preference may be given to candidates residing within or near Gwarinpa, Abuja.
