We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Perform routine clerical duties including filing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Provide general administrative support to the Admin team as assigned
- Answer phone calls and assist with basic inquiries
Mail & Courier Services:
- Handle delivery and distribution of mails and packages
- Coordinate local courier services and ensure timely delivery
Record Keeping & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office activities
- Track and record daily diesel utilization accurately
- Manage receipts and documentation for vendor-related transactions
Vendor & Office Coordination:
- Interface with vendors and service providers when required
- Receive payments and maintain proper records of transactions
- Support general office operations to ensure efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum of OND or Secondary School Certificate
- 1–2 years experience in office assistance or clerical roles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong record-keeping and organizational ability
- Basic data entry and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- High level of integrity, honesty, and responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player with a positive attitude
