Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday – Saturday)

Description

  • Our client is a multi-faceted organization seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to oversee and synchronize sales across our diverse business units, including furniture, lifestyle retail, and our training academy.
  • This is a pivotal leadership role reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for transitioning our sales operations into a highly structured, performance-oriented system, managing both online and offline channels to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales strategies for JaebeeFurniture, Workaholics, Jaebee Essentials, JBS Tools, and the Training Academy.
  • Develop and execute customer segmentation and sales channel strategies for each business unit.
  • Manage and mentor all sales personnel to ensure collective targets are met.
  • Track daily activities; prepare weekly inflow summaries and monthly performance reports.
  • Support the scaling of Jaebee Essentials into supermarkets and major retail outlets.
  • Improve internal sales conversion processes, follow-up protocols, and accountability systems.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Relevant certifications are an added advantage).
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, CRM tools, and data-driven performance tracking.
  • Expertise: Proven experience in multi-channel sales (B2B, retail, and distribution).
  • Traits: Highly organized, target-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver with a strong accountability mindset.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N400,000 / month.
  • Other Benefits: Monthly performance bonuses tied to sales targets and inflow
  • HMO and standard allowances.
