Job Title: Real Estate Lawyer

Location: Sango / Samonda, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsiblities

• Conducting real estate transactions and ensuring legality of property transactions
• Reviewing and drafting real estate documents including rental agreements, purchase contracts, deeds, and property transfers
• Assisting clients in understanding contracts and legal documents related to real estate
• Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations throughout property transactions
• Representing clients in court in case of legal disputes involving property
• Conducting thorough research and analysis of property titles
• Negotiating terms and conditions of real estate transactions
• Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations regarding real estate
• Working closely with other professionals such as real estate agents and mortgage brokers
• Staying updated with changes in real estate laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in the state.
• Proven work experience as a Real Estate Lawyer
• Strong understanding of property law and real estate procedures
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in drafting legal documents and contracts.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
