Our platform is built on an Open Banking framework, to supports use cases such as automated bank statement retrieval, creditworthiness analysis, regulatory reporting, and digital application workflows.

Job Title: Data Analyst

Role Overview

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support regression testing, validation, and quality assurance of machine learning models.
• This role ensures that updates to models, data pipelines, or logicdo not break existing performance, outputs, or business rules, particularly in credit scoring, transaction classification, and financial analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Regression Testing of ML Models:

• Design and executeregression test casesfor:
  • Credit scoring models
  • Transaction classification models
  • Risk and analytics outputs
• Compare model outputs across versions to detect inconsistencies or degradation

Data Validation & Quality Assurance:

• Validate input and output datasets across:
  • ETL pipelines
  • API ingestion flows
• Identify issues such as:
  • Missing or inconsistent data
  • Data drift
  • Schema changes

Test Dataset Management:

• Create and maintainbenchmark datasetsfor testing
• Developedge case scenarios(e.g., low-data customers, unusual transactions)
• Ensure repeatable and reliable test environments

Output Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze differences between:
  • Previous vs updated model outputs
• Produce reports highlighting:
  • Variance in predictions
  • Impact on business metrics (e.g., approval rates, risk scores)
• Flag anomalies and recommend corrective actions

Collaboration:

• Work closely with:
  • Data Scientists (model updates)
  • Engineers (pipeline changes)
  • Product teams (business rules validation)
• Provide feedback before production deployment

Monitoring & Continuous Testing:

• Supportpost-deployment monitoringof model performance
• Track:
  • Model drift
  • Data quality issues
  • System inconsistencies over time

What Success Looks Like

• Consistent and reliablemodel outputs across releases
• Early detection ofmodel or data issues before production
• Well-documented test cases and validation processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5+ years experience indata analysis, QA, or testing roles
• Strong proficiency in:
  • SQL
  • Excel / Google Sheets
  • Python (Pandas preferred)
• Experience with:
  • Data validation and testing frameworks
  • Working with structured datasets

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to:
  • Machine learning models (basic understanding)
  • Financial or banking data
  • API-based systems
• Familiarity with:
  • Regression testing concepts
  • Version comparison and benchmarking
