Job Title: Client Service Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Igbo Effon, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: On-site
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (with occasional weekends if required)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and supporting the sales process to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about properties and services
  • Manage client onboarding and documentation processes
  • Follow up with clients throughout the sales and post-sales process
  • Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Coordinate with the sales and business development teams
  • Maintain accurate client records and databases
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide regular feedback to improve service delivery. 

Requirements
Must-Have:

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service or client relations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle client issues professionally and efficiently
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. 

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in real estate or a related industry
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Customer service certifications.
