We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Van Sales Representative

Locations: Calabar (Ikom / Obudu) - Cross River and Bayelsa
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Van Sales Representative to drive product distribution and sales within Bayelsa or Calabar (Ikom/Obudu)and surrounding areas.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling directly to retail outlets, ensuring product availability, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and distribution of Guinness products to retail outlets
  • Execute daily route plans and ensure coverage of assigned territory
  • Identify and onboard new customers (shops, kiosks, distributors)
  • Ensure product visibility and availability at all times
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Collect payments and manage cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain proper records of sales and customer interactions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND qualification
  • 1–2 years experience in van sales or FMCG sales
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving experience
  • Strong knowledge of Owerri and surrounding areas
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
