About the Role
- We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Associate to support sales strategy, drive client acquisition, and grow revenue within our HR services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, cold calls, and digital channels
- Develop and present compelling business proposals
- Support business development initiatives and market research
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions
- Provide regular updates and performance reports
Requirements
- BSc in Business Administration or related field with 3–5 years’ experience in business development, preferably in HR services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / Month.
