Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the real estate sector or a closely related field.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, and building strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels
- Promote and sell real estate properties to prospective clients
- Conduct property inspections and presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities
Educational Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Other Requirements:
- Must be based in Lagos or willing to work from Victoria Island
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate availability is an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good knowledge of the real estate market
- Proficiency in digital tools and CRM platforms is an advantage
Remuneration
- N200,000 Monthly Salary
- Performance-based incentives/commissions (optional to include if applicable).
