We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager, Finance

Location: Oshodi-Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

  • We are hiring a commercially sharp and strategic Manager, Finance to lead financial management, governance, and growth initiatives.
  • This role will play a critical part in strengthening financial controls, improving profitability, supportinginvestor engagement, and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and long-range planning.
  • Advise Management on financial performance and business risks, reminding.
  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital.
  • Oversee accounting, audits, tax, and statutory compliance.
  • Develop cost control measures across assembly and distribution.
  • Build strong internal controls and reporting systems.
  • Support pricing, margins, and business expansion models.
  • Lead ERP and financial digital transformation initiatives.
  • Driven debt/equity discussions, preparation of financial models, investor decks, due diligence, and lender/investor negotiations.
  • Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Master’s / Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
  • CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent.
  • 8+years of finance leadership experience.
  • Automotive /manufacturing /distribution exposure preferred.
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking ability.
  • Proven experience dealing with lenders, investors, or fundraising environments.
  • High integrity and leadership maturity
  • Familiarity withAI-enabled financial planning, automation, analytics, and BI tools.
